Job Title: Bus Terminal Assistant
Location: Abeokuta

Salary: N45,000net + Pension + HMO + 13th Month
Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Terminal Officers in overseeing the facilities at bus stations and ensuing proper maintenance.
• Ensure proper queue management at the bus stops/ terminals.
• Assist Bus Captains in ensuring proper loading procedures are adhered to.
• Supervise the validation and invalidation of passenger tickets/ ticketing system.
• Ensure accurate head count of bus passengers and tickets issued.
• Ensure that bus station procedures and emergency plans are adhered to at all times
• Work with the Terminal Officers to ensure all relevant passenger information materials are up-to-date, available in good quality/quantity and posted within the bus station
• Respond to passenger complaints and enquiries.
