Who told you that the Presidency is zoned to the South West (SW) only? It is zoned to the South which means anyone from South South (SS) and South East can become a President in 2023.

South West produced the President from 1999 to 2007. Also South West produced a VP from 2015 till 2023.

South South produced a President from 2011 to 2015. And a VP for just 2 years (Appro.)

South East (SE) hasn't produced a President from 1991 till date.

Any regions to talk about the presidency should be SS and SE not SW. No one or region is superior than those who are producing the Crude oil that is sustainining Nigeria's economy.
