I’m hopping to start a building materials business anytime soon ,and I don’t have a prior experience

I have been involved in buying properties and I have few contacts of people that can connect me to building materials suppliers

I’m thinking about buying and selling of cements and I have like 700k- 1m capital right now,but as a start up i want to ask if there is a more lucrative building materials I could be selling with such a low capital or I should settle for cement business for now
