The Chairman Ifelodun Local Government area of Osun State, Hon Hassan Kamorudeen Okanlawon has called on the people of his council area to troop out enmass to receive Governor Gboyega Oyetola and his entourage to Ifelodun Federal Constituency for Strategic Engagement on Tuesday.

Hon Okanlawon made this call in a press statement issued and made available to newsmen shortly after a political meeting in Ikirun the headquarters of the local government with some political leaders as well as members of the All Progressives Congress, APC on Sunday.

The Council Chairman, said it is very imperative for the people of his local government to receive Mr Governor and his entourage in large number as the governor deserves the honour.

According to Hon Okanlawon, "I am using this medium to appeal to my people here in Ifelodun local government to be law abiding and troop out in large number to welcome our August visitors.

" As we welcome our visitors on Tuesday, we should demonstrate total peace, we should not foment trouble while we should shun any act that may lead to political mayhem before, during and after the visit of Mr Governor ".

The Ifelodun Council Boss declared that, the entire local government area was known for peace loving environment, urging residents to demonstrate total peace, saying, Governor Oyetola is a complete man of peace.

Hon Okanlawon however used the medium to wish Mr Governor and his entourage safe trip to Ifelodun local government area and welcome them in advance as well.
