Female to be more preferable with a track record in sales in a recognized real estate firm in Nigeria,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them in purchasing our property
 Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
 Maintain and update listings of available properties
 Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the company’s building projects
 Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at the property level and at a corporate level.
Creating client databases, and advertising promotional activities for the company to measure, enhance and enrich the sales of completed building projects and estate properties ready for sales.

Requirements
• Proven working experience in the Real Estate industry or sales executive.
• Not less than 5 years of work experience in real estates
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge in cooperating & traditional marketing.
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Ability to drive is a plus.
• Graduate in Estate management, Marketing, or any similar social science field.
