Just read up on the law, it's in public domain already.

Yes,I am the Nigerian in every patriotic Nigerian here on Nairaland standing up to trolls, cyberbullies, IPOB terrorists and bigoted tribesmen who never see any good in Nigeria.

I salute the patriotic Nigerians for being resolute against those who cowardly hide behind a keyboard to make toxic, libellous and unpatriotic comments.

I represent those patriots, Nigerians, standing in the way of those who hate PMB and Asiwaju Tinubu because they are not from their tribe, religion and political party.

I daily pray for and bless every patriotic Nigerian out there. May God continue to bless them.

All the enemies of Nigeria will lose las las. They always lose. May God continue to bless Nigeria forever.

Nice one Mr Governor. Lagos is always No 1 when it comes to laws for good governance.
Many people have been duped by the so called real estate promoters. This sector is now invaded by crooks such as money launderers, drugs barons, Ponzi schemers, yahoo yahoo people etc, looking for ways to hide their money.
They collect money from clients and do not deliver on their promises for time and specifications.
There must be full and effective enforcement of the law.

What does the law say?

That is how to spot a bad reporter. He did not highlight some cogent details of the newly signed law. If he had done his job well, you will not be asking that question.

You are on point Aboki! This law is long overdue - coming a bit late but still better late than never. Have been wondering why the Real Estates sector is unregulated thereby, creating a very risky environment for unsuspecting buyers
