Nigeria does not give foreign men, married to Nigerians citizenship after the usual requirements for spouse married to a Nigerians. Only foreign wives are given citizenship ..

Why the automatic conferment? There is an evil coverup there! Honest foreigners married to Nigerians don't have an issue becoming Nigerians given extant laws in the land. So in effect you are saying that a British, German or US man married to a Nigerian lady and wants his family to settle in Nigeria does not deserve Nigerian citizenship? Meanwhile you are alright with the reverse case whereby a woman married to a Nigerian man is allowed citizenship? Is that not discriminatory against women?

Just imagine the way you have reacted. Look at what I said again, because I'm never against any foreigner becoming a Nigerian. The question I've raised is why the law to make it automatic? What is wrong with the extant law which takes care of that in the land in a safe way and in the interest of all? Apart from stuff you want to believe exists in the developed Western countries, have you ever searched and read how it is done there? You are talking about peoples in Nigeria as being tribes, why can't you find out the difference between a tribe and an ethnicity or people group?
