IPOB: Why Should FG Explain How Kanu Was Arrested? by udele1: 8:54am On Feb 08, 2022
Its funny when IPOB is asking federal government to explain how they Brought Kanu back to Nigeria, meanwhile they have not explained how Kanu left Nigeria.

As far as the world and federal government is concerned, Kanu never left Nigeria.

So there is no need for explanation.

The federal government of Nigeria has the highest responsibility to uphold the rule of law. If government cannot uphold law, it loses the right to tell anyone to do so.

The AGF, Malami, had a press conference where he announced that IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, was brought back to the country

If Nnamdi Kanu was brought back legally, then there is no issue. But if he was kidnapped and extraordinarily brought back to Nigeria, it means the federal government is engaging in illegality, which negates the responsibility to uphold the law

How can a government reduce its self to kidnapping? Thats why the Nigerian government could not tell Nigerians where Nnamdi Kanu was brought back from, or the extradition process that brought him back. They know what they did was illegal

The government reduced its self to the position of a kidnapper

o

There is no case of legality here. If he left the country illegally, then any means that brings him back is legal.

If i sold goods to you cash, without giving you receipt. I f they get lost, you cant claim your goods were stolen, because there was no evidence of transaction.

So kanu left illegally, so there is no case here. Since his travel documents were not stamped on exit.

Guy, use sense. Charge this man and face him in court. You have nothing and your children will spit on you in. future for standing against the liberation of the Biafrans.

But has an exit stamp from the UK. Guy, whether you support Biafra or not, just thinkkkkkkkk. Black man, you're supporting lawlessness by Nigeria towards a freedom fighter. How do you think they'll treat you? You're the same one that'll cry foul when there is no electricity in your street for months or bad roads or police kills a friend/family.

You want him to wait for exit stamp from the zoo when they sent soldiers to kill him and others? If he is a terrorist, the brits would have arrested him. Don't let hatred and sentiments cloud your judgement.

Let the UK demand for that then, if they feel they have a case.

FG is already prosecuting him and MNK is defending himself by pleading not guilty to the charges brought up against him.
Why didn't his team of lawyers insist FG have no right to try him in Court due to his illegal extradition?

Yes my hatred for nonsense is obvious.
The Judge will soon rule whether he have a case or not in few days time.
Adjournment is normal in Nigeria judicial system or do you expect them to conclude a complicated case of terrorism and treason in one sitting?

Fixed.
Such a dumb fellow, tagging the great Igbo tribe together with a proscribed occult group of brainwashed thugs, cultist and hardened criminals, led by a London fraudster who has never done anything good in his hometown Afara ukwu .

When Igbo will seek to move,we know how to go about it we will not be led by a London fraudster and his brainwashed of brainwashed taliban wannabes.
Igboland says no to senseless insurrection.

Govt doesn't need any legal backing to bring back a person that jumped bail. Bringing him at all cost is legally right and he should be charged or that.

Mind you, its kanu's lawyer they begged for adjournment in the last trial. They would have sentenced kanu that day.

They saw the witnesses waiting to testify and they ran away.

The power of the Nigerian government does not go beyond Nigeria. To go to another country to get a suspect and bring them back illegally does not speak well for the Nigerian country

I'm sure most of u guys didn't see anything wrong with U.S, France killing African President (Gaddafi). You didn't see anything wrong with Iraq invasion by U.S and her ally, u didn't see anything wrong with such occurrences in Afghanistan, Syria and the CIA's historical killing of more than 17 Presidents worldwide. Most of u celebrated such actions in deep mental inferiority but all u can see is belittling Nigeria as captured in ur mypic minds.

Nigeria is a sovereign Nation, a mighty Nation that can do what it takes to depend her interest!
