Our Client, a Tech Solutions company in Oregun Ikeja is recruiting for the following roles

Requisite experience is required and applicants must be available for immediate physical interviews and resumption.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: 100-120K

• Support sales effort by sending offers and responding to customer inquiries/problems via phone or email.

• Communication with customers should be prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

• Process orders, track them, coordinate with other departments and expedite delivery.

• Support other departments improve their operations to better serve the customers.

• Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure that the service met their needs and respond to any lingering questions.

• Assist with marketing strategy and training.

• Open customer accounts by recording account information.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Update customer records in the system, by recording account information.

• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
