Inflow to inflow rates : #560/5. To any Nigerian bank.

Procedure offshore:
With Lien letter validity 5 days only.
Minimum volume $5m
Maximum volume $100m and above.

Buyer and seller sign mou.
Buyer issues Lien letter for 5 banking days duration.
Seller confirms the Lien letter bank to bank, and credit buyer Usd account within 48hrs and send telex copy.
Buyer confirm Usd, and pays naira to seller and facilitators to the signed mou.
Next tranche begins.


Inflow procedure:
Dollar moves first.
To any Nigerian bank! No restriction.

Minimum volume $5m
Maximum volume $100m and above.

No instrument needed.
No block fund needed.
No bank endorsed cheque needed.

Just make sure your buyer is funded! Seller moves first.

Buyer signs Pi and returns same with his nails/dollar account details.
Seller confirms the naira account is funded.
Seller transfer Usd to buyer account and places PND and send telex copy.
Buyer confirm and transfer naira equivalent to sellers account and agents to the deal
Seller takes off PND, transaction ends.
Next tranche.

Only buyers that agreed to the laid down procedure would get mou/pi.
