The party secretariat in Abuja was agog on Saturday 5th of February, 2022, when the first NATIONAL PROGRESSIVE COUNCILORS' FORUM OF NIGERIA was birth with the inauguration of twenty five executive members across the 774 local government.

It was indeed a day to remember due to the facts that the councilors'are the grassroots of any political space who serves as the conduit pipe between the govern and the government.

According to the newly inaugurated chairman of the NPCF forum Hon Musiliu Yusuf from kano state, "Our objective is to assist the party (APC) in it's growth and objectivity within our community by ensuring developmental growth according to the Caprice of the party".

Some of the dignitaries that grace the occasion are Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State in company of the deputy chief whip of house assembly Hon Mukhtar Bajeh, Governor of Kano state ably represented by his S.A on entrepreneurship, Director Organising seceretary of the party (APC), woman leader for coalition of APC support Group e.t.c while the exco includes Hon Musiliu Yusuf (NPCF chairman from kano), Hon Abayomi Kazeem (Seceretary General, Mafoluku ward Oshodi Lagos state, Hon Daga Yahaya North east vice chairman Niger state. et al .

However, the party chairman H.E Mai Mala Buni Governor, yobe state adviced members of the forum to discharge their duties in accordance with the parties ethos/law. He also thanked all invitees for the support shown towards the party.
