We should ask them where they say all those movements in the Qur'an and Sunnah!

Supplications are to be done individually with humility!

Invoke your Lord with humility and in secret. He likes not the aggressors. Qur'an 7:55

And remember your Lord by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and with fear without loudness in words in the mornings, and in the afternoons and be not of those who are neglectful. Qur'an 7:205
