Manchester United talisman Bruno Fernandes knows that our results must improve and the Portuguese magnifico is confident that will happen under Ralf Rangnick.

The Reds have played 12 matches across all competitions since our German interim manager was appointed back in November and have won six, drawn four and lost twice.

Those are decent results and our recent performances have suggested Rangnick’s methods are having an impact, particularly in defence, but it also remains clear the team must become more clinical in front of goal, produce more consistent displays and turn those draws into wins.

Always honest, Rangnick made that point clear during Friday’s press conference and the United squad is looking forward to impressing in Saturday’s Premier League match against Southampton.
