How did she die? Primary and secondary causes of death? Manner of death? Natural, suicide , homicide? What about forensic investigation of crime scene? Finger printing? DNA analysis.
Criminals always leave some traces.
With good lawyers, those murderers would be set free.
Personally, i advocate for postmortem to be done on all suspicious or unnatural deaths.

Law can be too bearucratic and diplomatic atimes, and these gives room for people indicated for various offences an opportunity to purposely stretch court processdings so much, that judgement that would've been passed at instance on various offences, when we've had an already established evidence will, loose their power. Example, is judgement that would have ordinarily
attracted a death penalty, would eventually reduced to a life sentence, mostly as a result of numerous adjourned court proceedings. Otherwise, instant judgement will loose their power over time.

Who wan die? Hopefully the state has enough evidence to nail him, if not he should be released let the community serve him his sentence wella.
