A home inspector may be hired by the buyers. The purpose of hiring an inspector is to evaluate the condition of the house including all the equipment like the heating and cooling system. He checks if the house is furnished, then all the furniture should be in better condition. He examines the walls and therefore, the foundation of the house. If there's a drag, then he will guide the customer. If the inspector is hired by the vendor, then he guides them to form certain repairs that help in selling a house at an inexpensive price. Therefore the general aim of a home inspector is to gauge the condition of the house

It is necessary to hire a home inspector for home inspection to have a better experience both as a seller and buyer. Being an unfamiliar person with property selling techniques, it is not easy to sell or buy a house. Home inspectors are well-trained and certified people who know what to check in the house and what things need to be recovered. They have completed courses of examining homes from different associations like InterNACHI. InterNACHI is a platform where you can give the online test to become a home inspector. You will also be awarded a certificate. They will train you how to judge a house for the buyer and what things should be checked.
It will take almost 4 to 5 hours to check the house. Sometimes it will take more time because the area of the house is bigger. If there are plenty of rooms, then the home inspector will take more extra time. More room means more walls and equipment to check. If a seller is planning to sell the house including the furniture, it will take more time. An inspector will not let your money get wasted. He checks all the things that you are paying. So we can say that the time of checking depends on the area and the equipment of the house.
