Ancelloti should just retire to a lower tier team please.

He's done at the top level.

I can count how many matches this season that put one on the edge. Just clueless like Bubu.
Very clueless especially when making substitution.

Beyond the penalty miss, Messi played well! Penaldians are only grasping at straws.

Btw Mbappe is currently the best player in the world, and has genuinely taken over Messi and Ronaldo's hegemony. Great goal from a super player!
Don't you think you are the one grasping and romancing straw here?

"Messi played well" you say?grin grin grin any freeking player can play well on the field.

Messi Played well and all he can showed for it is a missed PK and 90+7 magic from Mbappe.

The match will most likely end in a goaless draw, or, at most, a goal to Nil in favour of PSG.

That's because Madrid didn't win.... so the blame has reduced to 50% but trolling still 100% grin

Blame is irrelevant. Messi played well and PSG won, that's the important summary. Team over player not like you fake fans that would want Man U to lose if CR is benched.

No any player cannot just play well against Madrid.

Several times this season CR has not played well when he doesnt score. Playing well is not a given if you know anything about football.

Messi played well, Mbappe showed magic and PSG won. Nothing out of place in all of that.

He obviously played for Messi
He won a pk your Pepsi missed
He scored a solo goal ur Pepsi could not
The point of him carrying ur Pepsi this season is all over.
Most goals Pepsi scored this season is his efforts
Even his pk he scored was still on him so what are you saying?
1. Messi touched the ball many times more than Mbappe, he had more passes than Mbappe and he was involved in the build up play more than Mbappe. So it is quite idiotic to be talking about who carried who.

2. If Mbappe had converted Messi's 2 perfect through balls in the first half, then Messi would have had a glorious assist tonight.

3. Nothing wrong if Mbappe 'carries' Messi this season. Mbappe has been in PSG for 5 years. Messi has been in PSG for 6 months.

4. It is very normal for Mbappe to be the one getting the goals for PSG. Messi's heatmap is 80 percent in midfiled, Mbappe's heatmap is 80 percent upfront.

Use your brain boy!

First of all both of them don't play the same position, so such argument is dead on arrival.

Definitely Messi played very well.

Infact i followed the game on whoscored.com as well.

Messi had a higher rating than Mbapoe all through the game.
Until the moment Mbappe scored that's when his rating climbed higher than Messi's.

All these idiotic Ronaldo fans who have received serious trolling these past 4 eeeks are the ones vomiting crap about Messi tonight. grin

Messi Playing well against the Madrid team I watched tonight is absolutely nothing to hype about.........infact him not scoring just a single goal against the lackluster Madrid side tonight is a big shame, despite been surrounded by top notch football stars.

Well dat's not a surprise to me, afterall is not like he has been scoring against the aboki clubs in Ligue 1 grin grin

You're one of those Olodo football fans.

Neymar has an excellent penalty technique and better conversion rate than Messi.

You obviously don't watch Neymar play.

He's the best penalty taker on that team

Be guided in your comments please.

Yes Neymar is a better penalty taker than Messi (that was a genuine mistake from my part), but he just returned from a long lay off and has also missed several penalties in his career. You wouldnt expect them to give him penalty duties straight away from injury comeback.

I'm a Madrid fan through and through. I can tell you for free that Madrid's table topping has been down to individual brilliance from Benzema, Vini, Modric and Courtois

Mbappe saved PSG not Messi. Thats my point.

Messi was more involved in the build ups and he gave Mbappe 2 glorious chances which Mbappe missed.

By the stats isnt Bruno a better penalty taker than penaldo?

Unfortunately, your point is no point, hence you re the one clutching straws.

PSG including Messi made Madrid lackluster. That he did not score against Madrid is not a crime and not a demotion, afterall, why didnt Benzema, the supposed best La Liga player and one of the best 5 strikers now, not score too?

That's even another point. Bruno is a better penalty taker than CR statistically, yet in big moments, it's CR that 'll take it.
