It's still the same people like you that's making the country what it's, how bad things became. There's an issue on ground of someone setting himself ablaze, you're talking of someone who parked, talking to his gf and na blood dey run your veins so.

People would always break law, that's why it's there, but not extort people for personal gains.

The bus operators pay dues/ taxes to their union.
The union in turn must have attorneys on retainers to represent union members on matters such as this.
Union members are then supposed to call the lawyer ) union representative immediately and NOT to offer any resistance or forcefully engage government officials.
The vehicle will be retrieved following approved OFFICIAL process.
The vehicle is returned to the owner hopefully without any MALICIOUS damage.
