 Kasi Lemmons’ popular biographical film, Harriet will be available on Netflix this March, after three years of initial release. Based on the inspirational life of iconic American freedom fighter Harriet, the 2019 feature film tells the extraordinary tale of Harriet Tubman’s escape from slavery and transformation into one of America’s greatest heroes. The focus features drama stars Cynthia Erivo, in lead role as Harriet alongside Leslie Odom Jr., Joe Alwyn, Janelle Monae, and Clarke Peters.
