Hello everyone,I can't send message on my mtn line, currently using an android phone in which I can't access or find the message center number to effect any changes if the issue was from there but can't find that option on my android device, pls any one with an idea on how to solve this issue.

Open the Message App on your android.
You should see a menu button, maybe a three-dotted lines. Tap it and tap Text message settings.
You should see Message Center Number - find it on google and paste there

bro, thanks for your input, but my android device has no message center number option, exactly why I can't even even check or change my message center number

install a third party messaging app and change your message centre number from within the settings of the new app.

What model is your phone?

Have you tried what the person above this post said?
You can also try to insert your SIM card in another device, correct the number, send a test SMS then, return to your android and confirm again

I have installed 4 different types of third party messaging app, still can't find the center number settings option.

I'm using Tecno spark 5 pro, I have not tried inserting my sim in another phone yet.

Am having same issue, only on sim one I can be able to send messages,but sim 2 messages are not going through and there is no way i can access message center number on settings.

mine as been resolved. I'll advise u go to the nearest customer service center near u so they can help register your sim, that was what they did for mine and my sim can send sms now
