At least corrupt individuals are being exposed and prosecuted unlike when stealing wasn't corruption.
When majority of your population are corrupt, selfish and greedy, you will have the kind of society that exists in Nigeria today.
Even a civil servant or banker that is complaining about bad govt and bad leadership is himself very corrupt.
