French Troops are not leaving Mali , they have been assigned a broader mission that covers the whole region
( including Mali) and stretching Dakar, Senegal to Red Sea in East Africa. That region called Sahel is were the
the French backed terrorists group dwell.
Spy missions, flyovers, eavesdropping will still be performed by the French army on Mali, on behalf of the Azawad thugs in Mali.
Worse, Paris can still use its "international mandate in the Sahel region" and send its army into North Mali.
