A Calabar big boy with the name James Eteng Akpama has gone into hiding after defrauding some friends and members of the public of millions of naira under the guise of Forex trading investment.

Being a former staff of a reputable Forex trading school(name withheld) in calabar, he played his way into some investors heart which includes business men, university lecturers, civil servants, etc and he convinced them to start investing in his personal forex trading investment with higher percentage.

Two months after millions of naira were raised for him, he started giving excuses on why the ROI wasn't being paid on time. No one knew that he was using these excuses to buy himself some time.

James, finally went into hiding in December 2021, he switch off his lines, deleted his Facebook account and deactivated his WhatsApp and telegram accounts.

An eye witness told our reporters that James was last seen at a supermarket with his international passport, unaware of the crime he has committed, he asked him if he was travelling and he told him that he only went to renew his passport.

Many are believing that James might have leave the country to where he can enjoy the money he stole from innocent Nigerians in the name of running a Forex investment scheme.
