The Hero's impunity and audacity
Hundreds or thousands of Police Officers has been dismissed just on mere N20 extortion or bribe taking. No single year have passed without the police reporting that some Criminal Officers are dismissed, tried and jailed. But I chose to call Abba Kyari a Criminal that should be dismissed, tried as one and jailed for the following;
1. Working or impersonating the NPF while on suspension is an act of CAPITAL IMPUNITY and an implied expression of QUERYING OR CHALLENGING THE AUTHORITY OF THE IGP or PSC that suspended him. The IGP and PSC should prove to Nigerians and not just to the PRESIDENCY and NASS alone that Kyari's suspension was not meant to distract Nigerians from calling for Voluntary resignation or due extradition to US. Demotion from DCP to ACP is completely illegal and illogical for the following reasons;
A. He is fingered in Hushpuppi case which he did not deny.
B. He was fingered in an "Arrest and loot" case that led to his deployment from Lagos to Abuja that incriminated his girlfriend at Adamawa.
C. IGP and Police Service Commission should be liable to the crimes he committed while on suspension if he wasn't impersonating them to achieve his dirty aim or they should religiously confess to Nigerians for getting shares from him as gifts for shielding him. Vicarious liability charges should be pressed on NPF and PSC if they maintain only demotion for him instead of DISMISSAL, PROSECUTION and JAILING appropriately. Remember, Mr. Disu who is the Acting Commander of IRT Forces Headquarters knew nothing about his zealous work under IRT. The commander is even away to Sokoto, not Hawaii or Fiji Island.
2. He himself has comfirmed to everyone following his case that he (Kyari) is a DRUG dealer! YOU ask how? He got 25kg of Cocaine from Cocaine peddlers or Courier in the name of arresting them at Enugu International airport, immediately dispatched 8kg to his drug contact in the name of settling the informant or whistle blower. He even proved that he remains a serial dealer by knowing the price per kg as seven million naira. He further nailed himself by promising the NDLEA officer to sell their share for them, convert it to dollars in order to miniaturize the volume of money to be conveyed, this is about six wraps of $100 notes, this is clear strategy for money laundering, and devaluation of our currency by transacting or negotiating in naira and paying in US dollars here in Nigeria. He is not a newbie in this game of drug dealing.
3. He fully indicted his actions by not dealing with NDLEA OFFICER at Forces Headquarters or NDLEA OFFICES but in a NIGHT CLUB or preferably in a car, unknown to him that the car is fully wired for investigative work. What a tragedy! Trying to play smart only for him to be fully roped.
4. He should be led to recover the entire 20kg he has sold so far, let me explain for clearer understanding on this deal.
The swiftness in selling the share he allocated for NDLEA is enough as a private investigator to know that he settled no one except $61,000 he ear-marked to bribe NDLEA OFFICER to take delivery and seal the handover of the drug courier and to undersign that he is with the 25kg of Cocaine and the drug courier, this is a plan to dispossess the DRUG COURIER of the drug by arresting them, distancing the ACCLAIMED INFORMANT by name IK a boy to the drug BARON from getting his share of the DRUG by telling him that the 25kg of Cocaine is with NDLEA, telling NDLEA that 15kg has been removed to settle the INFORMANT AND HIS TEAM already by making available $61,000 to NDLEA OFFICER as proceed of selling 5kg of Cocaine and converting it to Dollars .

What do we expect? When SARS was rebranded IRT which is from Special Anti-Robbery Squad SARS to Intelligent Response Team IRT,just the name? Not a reshuffling of the personell, but name, the bunch of officers in Nigeria Police Force whom their way of policing the nation as a team led to nationwide protests that cost lives and properties even affecting the economy of the nation. What type Intelligence is this Team Responding to?
What is NDLEA waiting to arraign him before a court of competent jurisdiction since February 14th? Or, Are they also consulting? It is like they are holding each other at 50- 50 ransom for news of him being arraigned paraded be a court.
Yes, we know, NDLEA may want to deal with whosoever is hijacking their job and deal with such, worst still when it is a person from Police force who is also on suspension to take a swipe on them in the name making arrest and striking a deal with whoever comes his way believing his name is a household name and must be feared and respected.
He should be dismissed, prosecuted and jailed in accordance with the law like past dismissed Officers. He should not be treated with levity or kids gloves unless the PRESIDENCY, NASS and Police Service Commission has been fully fingered and implicated that he is working for IGP, the PRESIDENCY, NASS and Police Service Commission.
