"No more bribes or settlement on the road?" Really? The electronic medium will remove the gangs of people on the road? This is like the Police "assuring" Nigerians of security, if they have made one payment or the other for a new permit or license plate. The e-valuation will not physically remove anyone from the roads leading to the ports. NCS should mount that patrol on access roads to validate this increment. 3 Likes |
