A Real Estate Company in Lekki is looking for a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

1. Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
2. Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records
3. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
4. Scheduling appointments, inspections and sending reminders
5. Editing & posting contents for our social media page.
6. Observing best business practices and etiquette

Requirements
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills
3. 1-5years experience as a Secretary/PA would be an advantage.
4. Applicant must be computer literate.
5. Ability to use software's like; Inshot, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After effect, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT would be an added advantage
6. Applicant must reside on the Island or environs

Salary: 50k (with attractive bonuses)
