VICTORY AND POWER RETURN TO NGOR OPKALA PEOPLE AS INEC DECLARES APC CANDIDATE WINNER

Yesterday, the battle between imposition and democracy ended with a victory for Democracy at Ngor Okpala following the declaration of Amajirionwu Blyden Okanni of the All Progressives Congress (APC) by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as the winner of the just-concluded Ngor-Okpala State Assembly bye-election.

It was indeed a clear victory for Hon. Amajirionwu Blyden Okanni of APC who polled 9,248 to defeat Jeff Nwachukwu of the PDP who polled 7,071 votes.

The joint security forces are to be commended especially following the continuous patrol of the Police Commissioner, CP Rabiu Hussaini who ensured the peaceful conduct of the election with no violence or casualty recorded.

The Eleven (11) registered political parties that participated in the election were: the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), All Progressives Congress (APC), All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Labour Party (LP), the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), National Rescue Movement (NRM), New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Allied People’s Movement (APM), Action Democratic Party (ADP) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

Don't rejoice yet, PDP cannot loose Ngor Okpala and PDP will reclaim it in court, Apc members will not make heaven for rigging this bye election, rigging is a Big SIN in the eyes of the Lord.
