I just got a brand new Hp Elitebook 9470m brand new original battery. While using it I noticed it lasts for 4hours and I am feeling a little bit cheated because according to online reviews, it should go for at least 7hours for just normal usage. So pls if u have used or know about this pls is the battery life I am getting good enough or should I change it for another. Thanks

still OK if it lasts 4 hours. You can't get the factory type of battery again.

That's the best you can get ,the 4hrs even try.

If you want anything more than that you have to order from hp directly.
