Of what use was everyone speaking to Putin when they could not use same leverage to also convince Zelensky to implement the agreements? Of course we know he refused to implement it because the United States must have urged him to rebuff Putin. Just like they rebuffed with so much arrogance the two draft treaties sent in by Russia to both US and NATO to address security concerns of Russia. Zelensky won election on 2 mantra, fight against corruption and bringing peace to donbass.
