In 1994 Ukraine gave up it's Nuclear Weapons in an Agreement with. Russia UK and USA
for guarantee of Protection in the Budapest agreement

Is Russia fulfilling that agreement now or with the seizing of Crimea 7 years ago

If Ukraine could do that then Russia needs to uphold it's part of the agreement and not make Ukraine regret giving up it's nuclear weapons which was the 3rd Largest in the World

And Ukrainians are so Brilliant they can build new nuclear weapons within a year if they want to

Even Pakistan built Nuclear Weapons

You clearly don't know anything about Nuclear technology. Unless they get already-enriched Uranium or Plutonium from allies, they can't possibly build a nuclear weapon in a year and before that even happens, Russia would destroy the site ASAP.

Look at how many countries joined the coalition to attack a sovereign nation because the greatest military power in the world felt threatened by a nation 10,000 miles away.

Now, imagine how Russia feels having US and NATO sneaking in weapons of mass destruction at its backyard.
