Why?

The lies associated with church is too much

It is hard to take a thing seriously when you see it for what it really is, a complete waste of time. Church goers are not wiser and their lives are not free from the misfortunes that plague everyone else.

Besides the whole idea of it is funny and sad, people go to praise a supposedly good and perfect being who will torture them after they die if they don't massage his ego well enough. And the reward for this forced devotion? An eternity spent telling the egomaniac how awesome he is.

When pastors stopped preaching morals and start preaching wealth.

Dont get me wrong, I like wealth but I think the church has missed its purpose of soul winning and not wealth accumulation

After Folake finish breaking my heart , the next day I saw her in church speaking in tongues and leading praise and worship

actually I heard pastor saying, "u are robbing God if u dont tithe" and its actually a pastor from one of those big churches sef.

And that church doesn't give aid to the needy except u are a member

After I lost both my parents in a year intervals.... They were both pastors....

The feeling of anger and broken trust on God. It's close to two years now, haven't been to church.

The pastor could heal all kinds of deformity but not those with an amputated limp. That's when I knew I've been scammed.
