Good day nairalanders, recently I noticed some kind of pimples on my forehead and ever since then more have been coming .. I have tried so many creams ,so many drugs , at a point it went ,but now it's back .. Pls what can I do ?

Pls help me...has anyone here ever had this type of skin ailment before ?

Enough of those creams with reactive chemicals. Use a mild soap and drink lots of water. Do not use anything on your face. Exercise more and eat more of fruits and vegetables.
