The Chairman, Governing Council, Federal Polytechnic Ohodo, Enugu State, Chief Dr. Silva E. Ameh FCNA and Ojebo K'Idoma has applauded President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing one of their son Architect Sunny Echono as Executive Secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND).

Chief Ameh in a press statement personally signed by himself congratulated Arc. Echono and described him as an accomplished technocrat per excellence.

On behalf of myself, members of the Goveming Council and the Principal Officers of the Federal Polytechnic, Ohodo, Enugu, I most respectfully applaud the President and Commander-in-Chief, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, for the magnanimous appointment of Arc. Sunny Echono, FNIA, as the Executive Secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND).

For the appointment to come almost immediately after your recent meritorious retirement from the Federal Civil Service is certainly in recognition of your enduring legacy and contributions to the development of the Nigerian Public Service Sector. Indeed it is a manifestation of Mr. President's trust and confidence in you.
