Unless you have Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residency, you won’t qualify for asylum in Germany. Nigeria isn’t at war.
Regardless of what your claim for asylum is, by law you must seek asylum in the first safe country you get to after leaving your home country. If you say that you face danger in Nigeria for any reason, you’ll be asked why you didn’t seek asylum as soon as you arrived in Ukraine.
I’m telling you this from an immigration law standpoint.

This is quite sad. This is one of the reasons EU countries didn’t want to accept Africans into the EU. All of Una go disappear.
