A client that operates a in the hospitality business in the heart of Ibadan, Oyo State have the following roles to be filled immediately:

- Operations Manager: (F&B)

The Operations Manager (F&B) is responsible to plan, managing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of the restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other businesses of the hotel. This position calls for someone who is experienced in Operations with the ability to work well with both internal and external personnel. s internal & external F&B teams.

Requirements:

• BSc in Business Management/Tourism

• 4-6 years experience in Food & Beverage Sales, Operations, Maintenance, House Keeping and related fields.

- Conference Sales Manager / Event Sales Manager

The Conference and Events Sales Manager is responsible for Soliciting conference business for the hotel in assigned market areas and achieving sales targets defined by the management. The successful candidate should also be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve daily targets, whilst offering a very high level of Customer Service.

Requirements:

• BSc/ Diploma in Hospitality or Sales and Marketing.

• 6 -10 years experience in Hotel/Banquet/Event sales with a proven track record.


- Executive Administrative Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the point of contact between executive management and internal/external clients

• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

• Handle requests and queries appropriately

• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

• Make travel arrangements for the CEO

• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data

• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

• Produce reports, presentations and briefs

• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

• Prepare Board meeting & Annual General Meeting binders, minutes, action items and documentation and record keeping for each of the following entities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification - B.Sc. or equivalent in any social science, additional qualifications will be an advantage

• Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Expectations For All Positions:

• Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work load

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality

• Strong planning and time management Skills
