The judge that sentenced OUK was already an Appeal Court judge when he stepped lower to deliver the judgment that sentenced OUK.

two case can never be the same in the law court but similar and more so, judgement are delivered based of facts and ability to prove your case and convinced the court. That is while you may commit murder and be anquited but another person did the same thing in a similar circumstances and get death sentence, while another may get a jail term.

It will not happen, Ebonyi south zone wants to use the back door and do another 8 years lie lie, it’s the turn of Ebonyi north (Izzi clan) after Umahi. Umahi should better head to appeal court ASAP to avoid had I known.
