That was when Ngozi Okonjo Iweala ran the economy and people like Arunma Oteh held key positions in Jonathan's government.

By now, if that trajectory had been maintained, Nigeria would be way more ahead than it is at the moment that the pee-poo's leaders are now certificate-less

How it is not about Yoruba people ?

Where you not in Nigeria politics when Yoruba chose failure over competence and package it as success?

People should learn to take responsibilities.

cool

It's simply common sense

Nigeria runs a mono economy, rise in International Crude Oil price with higher OPEC quota instantly means rise in GDP and Economy

Drop in Crude Oil price automatically means drop in GDP

What Okonjo did under Jonathan was simply to recalculate our GDP and added revenue from, Entertainment, Telecommunications , Diaspora remitance and other industries

It's not about Yoruba , Tinubu, Buhari , APC, Jonathan, Okonjo or PDP..

It's simply about Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, US, NATO, America, Barrack Obama, Gaddafi, Sadam hussien , OPEC

Thank you OP.
Nigeria under Jonathan was part of the "MINT-class" economies, closely chasing after the BRICs, and was by far Africa's number 1 FDI destination.
Inflation was single-digit, PMS dispensed at N87, USD at N187, VAT at 5% and with lesser taxes and a steadily increasing purchasing power.

...but what do we have today? Buhari/APC has completely reversed all our economic gains. Everything has gone downhill under the satanic broom-waving party that has reduced our dear country to the poverty capital of the world.
Our total debt stock now stands at a frightening N38 trillion, a double-digit inflation, increased VAT, multiple exploitative taxes, PMS at N162/liter, almost N600/USD with purchasing power at an all-time low!

They have battered every single aspect of our national life with their gross incompetence, deep sectionalism and ethno-religious bigotry.

...and despite all these, you'll still find some stupefied dregs rooting out of ethnic/religious sentiment for another potential disaster in Tinubu.

cheesy grin
