Mayonnaise is an emulsion of oil, egg, yolk, and an acid, either vinegar or lemon juice. It is creamy, thick, and rich in fats. It goes perfectly well with bread, sandwiches among others and it also makes a good salad dressing.

Bread is Carbohydrates, Mayonnaise is Fat, Protein, Vitamins in form of citric acid

Wash it down with a glass of milk, youghort , malt and you have yourself a decent meal

Eating Bread and Close Up toothpaste is better , healthier and also gives long life .
