This is coming amidst a public outcry by angry Russian mothers who accused Mr Putin of sending their sons as “cannon fodders” in the invasion against Ukraine.

Russian president Vladimir Putin has denied knowledge of military draftees being sent to fight in the country’s war against Ukraine.

This is coming amidst a public outcry by angry Russian mothers who accused Mr Putin of sending their sons as “cannon fodders” in the invasion against Ukraine.

Defending his principal, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Mr Putin had specifically asked for the exclusion of conscripts in the special military operation carried out against Ukraine

However, new information from major-general Igor Konashenkov, official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, revealed that several russian conscripts had been drafted in the war against Ukraine.

Mr Putin’s war in Ukraine appears not to be going very well according to his plan with Ukrainian forces holding their grounds in defiance and claiming successes in some instances as fighting enters day 15.

Mr Peskov noted that specific sanctions would be given to erring military officers who defied Mr Putin’s directive by enlisting conscripts for the war.

“Before the start of the special military operation, on the instructions of the President of Russia, Supreme Commander Vladimir Putin, all commanders of the units of the Armed Forces were instructed to categorically exclude the involvement of conscripts to perform any tasks on the territory of Ukraine. President Putin was reported on the implementation of this instruction,” said the Kremlin’s press secretary.

He further said “In connection with the facts of the presence of a number of conscripts in the units of the Armed Forces that are participating in a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, at the direction of the President of Russia, materials were sent to the Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office to verify and legally assess the actions and punish officials responsible for non-compliance this order.”

Mr Putin on February 24 invaded Ukrainian territory in a “special military operation” with the aim of demilitarising and denazifying the nation.

Lai Muhammed is learning where Putin is. I have never seen such an international liar like him. He is the one being aggressive and also pushing most propaganda yet, he is the one pointing at the west for being aggressive and feeding public with propaganda. ALWAYS SHIFTING BLAME.


For Russia to send conscripts to battle means that the Russian army that is always displayed as paper 2nd world power is very afraid to face battle. So, they decided to send conscripts (In Nigeria Term "NYSC Members" ) that thinks that War is like Modern Combat game.

U are 100% correct, aside nuclear weapons , Russian army, air force and navy are overrated, this war, and the war in syria has exposed them.

Wrong. America has a large number of full time military along with an almost equal number of reservists. Before a draft would be enacted, 1.4 million military members would need to start perishing.


All this time, Russia has had a ghost military. Moscow has admitted that money was taken from the military budget for vanity projects. If they have an actual Army, why the hell are they trying to force soldiers from Belarus to fight?

That's why you should believe the numbers of Russia soldiers that have been killed... Majority of their soldiers are ill trained and lack basic survival instinct.. They were badly exposed in world War 1 and world War 2 where they lost thrice as more soldiers than any country.. They are only good at fighting during the winter and protecting their country.. But when they are the ones invading, even herdsmen here go murder them like water.. That's why all Putin does is to threaten with nuke because men go chop dem like biscuit for conventional war grin

I don't care about Russia, I don't care about Ukraine. As a neutral, I think propaganda is a very big aspect of war. I don't think Russia is as whack as being painted, even CNN admitted Russia has taken hold of some key cities in Ukraine and also the worsening refugee crisis in Ukraine. If Russia was that whack, then how come they are able to do these?

When will Putin stop this senseless war and accept his mistake. West will continue to use this Ukraine war to attack Russia until things will no longer thesame with them. Economy will crumble and their military might will seriously weaken.

Humanity has not fully become intelligent specie.

America uses NATO as a tool to surround Russia and prepare to destroy Russia, the base colony of former Soviet Union. Russian via Putin aims to preserve its base and expand gradually.

To what end? Control of resources and people, and lording over others as World Power, instead of Humanity becoming Solar System power house, which we are rightfully destined. Now we are fighting over Rulership of Earth for the past thousands of years instead of setting our Goal on the Solar System and the Galaxy with our amazing Technologies.

Dependency on Fossil Fuel as source of funds for national governments, as well as dependence on Dollars as Reserve Currency of countries continue to become a catalyst for entropy.

My propositions:
(1) Support any cause that will help the world become energy sufficient from Alternative green Energy Sources outside of Oil, Propane, Coal etc.
(2) Support any cause that eliminates the dollar as global reserve currency.

In supporting any of the above, you are helping reduce opportunity for future wars.
