Please house, I'm so confuse if i should accept or reject sellers proposal on an item I disputed.
This whole dispute thing started on Feb 28 when I opened a dispute on a screen I bought. After uploading my evidence, aliexpress stepped in and offer to refund part of the payment or make a full refund if I chose to return the item back to the seller.
Of course I refused, cancelled the dispute, and reopen another dispute for a full refund without returning the item.
Now I'm confused if I should accept or reject the seller proposal, of which his comments is totally different from proposal refund.
Please house, help me seek to this

Do you have the unboxing video show it it's enough for you to get refund I usually do that incase things went sideways
And also let's Aliexpress step in usually they might favor you since you countered the seller's evidence
