How many countries have you traveled to?? The soldiers act in that market place is unprofessional, cox it's better to allow thieves go than to kill innocent person. But what I will disagree with u is comparing foreign countries treating their soldiers well with no corruption or less with Nigeria Government that doesn't value their security men.
