And I assure you that INEC will not obey any court order/judgement from a court that lack jurisdiction to entertain pre-election matters. It is clearly defined in the newly amended electoral law signed into law by president Buhari last month that it is only FEDERAL HIGH COURT that can entertain pre-election matters like party primary.

Whoever want to challenge the emergency of Senator Ademola Adeleke as the Gubernatorial candidate of Osun PDP should head to the court with jurisdiction, not court where order/judgement is granted at the sight of #250,000 cash by the judge.

Sincerely, if you compare the PDP primary in Osun with that of the APC, it is fair to pre-empt the outcome of the election as a landslide for the incumbent, HE Oyetola, of the APC.
