Is there an provision for Nigerians to survive a nuclear detonation or heavy rocket shellings? Israel, Ukraine etc have bunkers where their citizens flee to survive explosions and attacks. Is there any arrangement on ground for survival at all in Nigeria? @lalasticlala do the needful for information on survival |

Most big men have bomb shelters or safe room in their mansions. Nothing for common men. But I think safe room is not too expensive. Most middle-class should able to afford it. |
