Hello everyone, please if you're a car guru, or mechanic, help a brother pay for this car, naija used. We agreed on 2.2million to pay tomorrow, However I feel I can price down the car more because I don't know how much it will take me to fix what the scanner found car interiors are neat. No leakage as I took one of my Benz mechanic who checked under. Car is at 130k miles. I scanned it and found this issues using my OBD2 scanner.

The car is actually for my mum and I don't want her to be visiting mechanics like mumu. I attached a pic of what fault the scanner revealed.

Also to add, car exhaust brings out smoke and water, and the mechanic said the engine is very sound

Yes but engine is still water dropping. When your engine steams and drop water from the exhaust, Yu know wot u r buying is grade1

Lagos Island.. yeah it's rare and more expensive because it's portable than usual RAV4 with back tyres. Btw it comes with a reverse camera, stainless gear knobs, sports edition with 6 loader disc space.

My land lady just used her 2007 rav4 for just one year and she wanna upgrade .the only issue is that she want 3.1million last for the car . She only drive it to church every Sunday. The church is near by . When your budget is up do let me know

The codes are nothing to worry about and they are related.
For Toyota vehicles it will be abnormal to see a used car without these codes.
For most people they don't affect performance and they are easy to fix.

Easy fixes:
O2 sensors
Airflow meter

Worst case:
Catalytic converter
