Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has formally informed the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of his intention to run for president in the 2023 general elections.
He made his interest known on Tuesday during a meeting with the PDP leaders in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
Atiku, the presidential candidate of the main opposition party in the 2019 general elections, begged for another opportunity to represent the PDP in the coming poll.

Atiku is coming,

APC should start packing their loads. We are tired, we are barely surviving. No light, no fuel, diesel is 800/liter, food prices are off the roof. Etc

This is wrong - its the turn of the igbos to rule nigeria. But then its also fair to say that Atiku himself is a Detribalized Nigerian, and is a better choice than Tinubu who literarily started his campaign by saying that he is not interested in campaigning in the SS/SE as both zones are inconsequential, and Tinubus wife was caught on video saying we dont trust the igbos.

A person vying for the position of the father of this country should not be a person who writes off, disregards or denigrates a section of this country, and put us at log ahead for their selfish interests. Thanks to APC, bigots and tribalist have become much more bolder in the last 8 years. If we are going to be able to move forward as a nation, we need to return to a regime where every nigerian tribe or clan is treated as an equal stakeholder, where tribalism is treated as a felony. No one single nigerian tribe is better than the other, we need each others support to be able to unshackle ourselves, our country and continent from poverty.

We need a pan nationalist as a President.

MKO was alleged to have made the statement that he can do without the Igbos, of course we now know better how it ended
