He wouldn't even have to rig it. All he would have just done was to replace that Fulani INEC chairman with someone from his hometown. Then appoint his friends as INEC commissioners in all the states up to grassroots level just like what Buhari is doing. Then the election would have just rigged itself but no he won't do it because he is not that kind of a person. You probably couldn't think of this because of your dull brain.
