He can be 100% sure of what he wants to do and sometimes the players just don't fire...or he may think a decision is spot on and once in a while it vacant go wrong...the coaches are humans too..land sometimes with a strong coaching crew and backroom staff trying to influence some of your decisions ...especially when they're right most of the times...I go to some coaches forum and read and listen to their discussions after some tough matches...and that has helped me understand their dilemmas
