Even without these governors carrying out their plans, the situation in the country right now is enough for a good citizen to protest. No fuel, high cost of diesel, food, power outage, high cost of gas, extortion in every places you go, e.g police, immigration officers at the airport, at the passport office, hospitals, road safety corps,LASTMA, VIO, ritualists, kidnappers, the list is endless.
I knew DSS, NIA goons will cook up rubbish knowing fully that people are likely to revolt on situation of things in the country right now. Crying wolves where there is none. If they are efficient as they claimed, why are they not able to get the Boko Haram or Bandits sponsors ?

Bubu go destroy dis country finally.

He has already destroyed it.

The carcass is ready for picking by anyone interested in its rotten flesh.

Mark my word, this country shall soon burn.

For we cannot continue to endure this mounting hardship forever, especially concerning rising food prices and insecurity.

Our polithiefcians should beware.

The three governors have three things in common.
1. They are not Hausa/fulanis.
2. Non of them is a Muslim.
3. They are not members of APC.
Make e dey roll.

ANY PROTEST IN SOUTHWEST WILL BE YORUBAS VS IGBOS. KNOW THAT AND KNOW PEACE.

Keep deceiving yourself, the true Yorubas and Igbos are not those online warriors on Nairaland. The general masses of the two tribes are too integrated in our cities for that to happen.

This time it is going to start from your hungry, but hapless and significantly uneducated citizens of the North, then the country will burn.

Let's be very honest with ourselves.
If we are sensible as a people, this so called plot is actually something that should naturally happen organically. It doesn't even need to be hatched out as a script.
APC government has been woeful under Buhari over the past 8yrs.

When I saw the headline, I thought it was a planned terrorist destabilization, ordinary protest !!!

It's very shameful for this politically Induced security agency.

We need the protest. I can't be buying fuel 250/liter

You really have time by replying that zombie. You can never educate a zombie because their brains are always dead to any intellectual discourse.

Can you identify the hatred for buhari you are referring to?

When the said "...to force a change", did it specifically say military coup? How did u come up with military coup?

Is the lure of the office of governor too great a sacrifice to make to force nigeria to move forward?

Is Nigeria moving forward? Has nigeria moved forward since 2015? Are u getting special supply of fuel and electricity directly from buhari?

Lol.

If this report is true, then those govs must be dreaming.

So in their wildest imagination, if for any reason the military takes over as emboldened, the govs will remain chief executive officers of their respective states abi?

Or what exactly do they mean by "force a change of govt"?

Even these overgrown puppies screaming military intervention all because of Buhari, I doubt they even know how the military govt operates.

Shebi every clown dey open mouth to say anything he like now, and they assume that will be the case under military govt abi.

Na dat hatred for Buhari go send una go where you never dream of. cheesy

Military government is far better than what we have now. Take it to the bank.

Do you really think today's military officers are as crude like the ones we had in the dark days of Obasanjo, Buhari, Babangida, Abacha etc?

It would have been best to keep quiet.

Don't think that Nairaland is a secret platform where you say anything and nobody can trace you. It's not true.

Many government officials and agencies both international are watching here and have used this platform to nab their targets.

Be careful!

It is empty heads like you that obviously give this useless government the reason to think we are all fools.
Next time read and understand before spewing rubbish here to defend the vegetable of Aso Rock. No where was military coup mentioned in the entire stupid write up. Meanwhile, any military coup in Nigeria today to wipe Buhari and his idiotas will be celebrated like it was when he received his first sack in 1985. We cannot suffer that fool twice in a life time.
Governors are free to speak to civil societies and labour unions on the worsening state of the Nigerian nation. APC did it when they were in opposition. Lagos became the headquarters of all protests against Jonathan and PDP and the heavens did not cave in. Fuel was #67 per litre then, one dollar was #170 and a bag of rice was #7000 back when we called Jonathan and PDP all sorts of names. Protest can never now become criminalized because we elected senseless bigots to government.
