When you tell people money has no value but what you buy with it. They don't believe you.

Think about it. Why would someone offer you cash, even twice as the worth of your business or property?

A good intelligent savvy business man sees a better prospect and value and he is ready to work his butt off to achieve that

However, most of the blood or drug money has no value. They cannot spend it legitimately. They do not care how much to change it into foreign currencies. Once they obtain the foreign currency, it has to be laundered. If they offer anything over $10,000.00 cash, it must be reported. So they open small business stall and deposit cash daily into banks.

But in Nigeria, they offer you cash for legitimate business or property. Twice or three times it's worth. They are not stupid, they just buy your land, house or business with blood or drug money.

Watch out, the money loses value but your property or land increases in value. What can they do with your land or property that you cannot?
