You didn't mention the Onitsha market fire that there were no firefighting trucks in the entire Anambra state to put out the fire. The shameless and senseless people had to borrow firefighting trucks from Asaba.

If you don't put in place disaster management systems and you don't insure your stuff, it will continue to burn down till you get sense.

There is one thing to have fire fighting equipments in place but the big question is were they serviceable. Please note these fire fighting equipments are to be serviced every 6 months but most of these commercial buildings cut corners and when it happens they rush to fire service to issue favourable fire incident report for the purpose of indemnity from insurance coy.
