Impressive to see this coming from the opposition.
Today, the emphasis on the rule of law is replicated by the administration of Our Darling Daddy.
From the onset, Dad left no Nigerian in doubt about his avowal to run a Government of Nigeria premised on the words and letters of the rule of law.
Our Darling Daddy, like the retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of America, Justice Sonia Sotomayor clearly discerned and firmly believed,
in the rule of law as the foundation for all of our basic rights.” He has been a stickler to this dictum in his leadership of Nigeria.

This mindset pulsated Baba’s advocacy and declaration in his inaugural day speech May 29, 2015 that; “The Federal Executive under my watch will not seek to encroach on the duties and functions of the Legislative and Judicial arms of government.
(We remembered this like yesterday!)

There is no gainsaying, Our President has walked his talk on the “Rule of Law” mantra, in his ober seven years reign in Nigeria’s Aso Rock, the seat of power.
Unlike his predecessors, Nigerians have experienced Mr. President’s due recognition and observance of the constitutional independence of the other arms of government in a democracy.
His sermons are always centered on the non-interference with the operations and rights of other arms government as enshrined in the Constitution of Nigeria.
That’s why he does not wear the toga of President and leader of his Party.
this is only happening when he knows he his leaving the government

If this will end news like:

BREAKKNG: 12 Senators, 33 Reps defects from APC to PDP

It makes no sense to wake-up to such nonsense
If there's a suit constituted against them the results will be the same.

Your daddy has also ignored calls from some Judges to free the likes of Dasuki from jail. Stop acting like Buhari is a Saint, he is the worst democratically elected president in the history of Nigeria. Masquerading with his corruption mantra while billions are being siphoned through various contracts.

What about that olori kori Governor?
They should sack him too
He's hanging on by a thin life line...
It turns out he did decamp but dubiously didn't register with apc wether in Abuja or in his LGA of Obudu and so he's not a card carrying member.
He's been given till 26th of this month to decide which platform he belongs

Ozekhome knows the facts of the constitution. He chopped their money as he knew that the defendants had nothing to say. Let’s see if he’s clients will instruct him to appeal the case.

Surely he can no longer belong to PDP after the noise he made. Who will accommodate him there?

Just like his counterpart in Ebonyi, his hope should lie on delaying and getting to the Supreme Court. But we have only just begun the year, so they very likely will lose their seats before the year runs out.

Notice the PDP always seems to find a way around the law against APC.

One thing I don't like about law as a profession is that, it lacks principles. Mike ozekhome can be seen in court today, defending apc members for a particular issue and tomorrow, he'd be in court defending PDP members in another court, for the same issue.
They are after money . Simple
